Your non-profit/.org group may not rent our facilites for functions in which you are making a profit. Your group may not charge an admission at the door. You may, however, charge a "suggested donation."
If our above bylaws describe your event, the next step would be to schedule a visit to the church to meet with the Office Manager for a tour. After you have ascertained which one of our many rooms would be best for your function, you would then fill out the Rental Application.
The Office Manager will then submit for application for discussion and approval/disapproval by the Trustees. You will be notified of the decision by the Office Manager. If you have questions, or to schedule a tour, please call the business office at 603-772-4216.
